DECLARATION OF ROADS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS
Kilkenny County Council having its offices at County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and being the Road Authority for the County of Kilkenny, proposes to consider the making of a declaration that the road set out hereunder shall be a public road.
The road known as Well Lane, Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny from two points on Main Street (R703) to Mill Road (L8231), for a length of 320m approx.
The Map outlining the said road is available for inspection at the following locations:

- Kilkenny County Council Area Office, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.
- Graiguenamanagh Library, Convent Lane, Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny.
The map may be inspected at the Area Office, Thomastown, during normal office hours (9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive, except for public holidays). The map may be inspected at the Graiguenamanagh Library (10.00am to 5.00pm Wednesday to Friday, 10.00am to 8.00pm on Tuesdays and 10am to 1.30pm on Saturdays except for public holidays) in the period from Friday 25th November 2016 to Friday 23rd December 2016.
Observations and representations on the proposal to make the declaration may be made in writing and shall be received not later than 12noon on Friday 13th January 2017. Observations / Representations shall be addressed to Tim Butler, Director of Services, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny.
