Street Performance & Busking Bye-laws 2020

Kilkenny City Municipal District Council proposes to make Street Performance and Busking Bye-Laws in respect of the area comprising Kilkenny City under Section 199 of the Local Government Act, as amended by the Local Government Reform Act 2014.

Copies of the Draft Street Performance and Busking Bye-Laws 2020 can be inspected at the offices of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and Town Hall, High Street, Kilkenny during normal office hours until Friday, 28th February, 2020.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws may be obtained by any person on request or downloaded from the links below.

Any person can make submissions or observations in writing òr online in respect of these Draft Bye-Laws to the undersigned on or before Friday, 13th March, 2020.
