PUBLIC NOTICE – Draft Scheme - Revision of Polling Scheme for County of Kilkenny

Kilkenny County Council has prepared a Draft Polling Scheme  pursuant to the Electoral Acts 1992 - 2001 and the Electoral (Polling Schemes) Regulations 2005. The Draft Polling Scheme provides polling places for each polling district in the County of Kilkenny for the purpose of elections and referendums.

The Draft Polling Scheme will be on public display from Wednesday 30th September, 2020 until Friday 6th November, 2020 at 12 noon at the following offices:

Reception Desk, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny during normal office hours.

Area Offices by appointment only between 9.00am and 1.00pm.

Copy of the Polling Scheme is also available for inspection online on the consultation website of Kilkenny County Council at: https://consult.kilkenny.ie/

A copy of the draft Polling Scheme can be purchased at County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny for a fee of €5.

Kilkenny County Council invites observations/submissions for consideration on the Draft Polling Scheme by the 6th November, 2020 at 12 noon.
