Notice of intention to extinguishment of Public Right-of-Way at the following location:
Local Tertiary Road No. LT 50303 (1351) in the townland of Kilbraghan, Kilmanagh.
Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny County Council proposes to extinguish the right-of-way at the above location. The right-of-way to be extinguished refers to a distance of approximately 0.9 km on the cul de sac laneway, which extends in a westerly direction from its junction with the LS5030 in the townland of Kilbraghan, and is as indicated on a map which may be inspected at the offices of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny & the Callan Area Office, Prologue, Callan during normal office hours 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays until 6th May, 2008.
Any representation or objection to the proposal may be made in writing addressed to the undersigned at Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 20th May, 2008.
It should be noted that any person making such representation or objection may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Local Authority for that purpose.
