NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close the following public roads in Kilkenny City to vehicular traffic for a period of one day within the period 20/04/2023 to 30/04/2023 to facilitate Ashgrove Construction removing roof on behalf of Kilkenny County Council Housing Section.

 Local residents and businesses will be notified in advance of the works. The period of any road closure will be minimised as far as practical. Local diversions will be in place and local access will be facilitated as far as practicable. Appropriate signage will be erected on site.

Road to be Closed	Alternative Routes
Tilbury Place from its junction with James Street to its junction with Evan’s Lane.	Via Parliament Street - Local access only.

 

PARKING will be restricted during the closures.

Any person objecting to the proposed temporary closure of this road may lodge their objection in writing or via email to kmd@kilkennycoco.ie.  to the undersigned at Kilkenny County Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, not later than 5.00 p.m. on 7th April 2023.
