Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L5104 at Glenbower, Owning, will be closed to traffic from the junction with the L5105 and the L1038 on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th March between 7:00a.m. and 7:00p.m. each day to facilitate roadworks.

Local diversions will be in place during the course of these works and local access will be accommodated when possible and safe to do so, but delays should be expected.
