CAFS Training
Castlecomer Fire Brigade (KK12) received training in the use of Compressed Air Foam Systems (CAFS) - the next generation of technology. The course covered both the theory and practical application of CAFS.

The objectives of the course covered the following:

• Training and education for the effective use of CAFS,
• Firefighter safety considerations using CAFS,
• CAFS application rates.
