Kilkenny County Council Hosts Reception for Vicky Phelan

The Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council, Cllr. David Fitzgerald and Elected Members of Kilkenny County Council hosted a reception for Vicky Phelan on Friday, 1st June, 2018, in the Council Chamber, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny, in recognition of her bravery and resilience in highlighting the issues of the National Cervical Screening Programme.
