Notice of VESTING ORDER
Derelict Site at COOLAGH ROAD, CALLAN, Co. Kilkenny

Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is a derelict site within the meaning of the Derelict Sites Act 1990 (hereinafter called “the Act”);

AND WHEREAS the provisions of Section 15 of the Act have been complied with by Kilkenny County Council (hereinafter called “the Local Authority”) in relation to the said land;

AND WHEREAS an objection was submitted to the Local Authority under section 16 of the Act, and subsequently withdrawn.

NOW THEREFORE, the Local Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Act, did on the date hereof, hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shown on the map attached thereto shall, on the 28th day of September, 2026, vest in the local authority in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind.

Copy of this Vesting Order and the map outlining the property can be inspected during normal office hours at the Planning Section of Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and Callan Library at Clonmel Road, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.

SCHEDULE

Derelict site comprising 0.1930 hectares at Coolagh Road, Callan, Co. Kilkenny, in the County of Kilkenny more particularly outlined in red on the map annexed hereto.
