TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close Horse Barrack Lane in Kilkenny City from its junction at Watergate in order to facilitate the reconstruction of the road as part of the Abbey Quarter Development and the development of the adjoining Mayfair Library.

Any person who wishes to make a submission, observation and/or objection in respect of the proposed, temporary closures of these public roads may do so in writing to the undersigned or via email to kilkennyareaoffice@kilkennycoco.ie.
Submissions, observations and/or objections must be received no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 31st March, 2023.
