NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF A VESTING ORDER

N76 CALLAN BYPASS VESTING ORDER, SERIAL No. 2/2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kilkenny County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Local Authority”) has pursuant to the powers invested in it by Section 81 of the Housing Act 1966, as applied by Section 10 of the Local Government (No.2) Act 1960 (as substituted by Section 86 of the Housing Act 1966) on the 28th day of May 2024 made a Vesting Order whereby the land specified in the Schedule will on the 28^th day of June 2024 VEST in the Local Authority in Fee Simple free from encumbrances and all Estates, Rights, Titles and Interests of whatsoever kind,

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Maps referred to as “N76 Callan Bypass Vesting Order No. 2/2024” of the said Lands (being lands to which the Kilkenny County Council Callan Bypass Compulsory Purchase Order No.1 of 1991 relates) and a copy of the said Vesting Order have been deposited at the Planning Department, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny and may be inspected there between the hours of 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) until 26^th  day of June 2024, and the Consultation website of Kilkenny County Council at https://consult.kilkenny.ie
