Local Government Planning & Development Act 2000 to 2004

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY A LOCAL AUTHORITY.

In accordance with Part 8 of Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2008 and Section 179 of Planning and Development Act 2000 to 2007, Kilkenny Borough Council, having entered into an agreement with Kilkenny County Council under Section 85 of the Local Government Act of 2001, hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following developments at:

County Hall Car Park, John Street, Kilkenny:-

• Installation of pay parking equipment
• Car park markings.

Plans and Particulars of the proposed developments are available for inspection at the Planning Offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, from Friday 2nd July 2010, to Friday 30th July 2010, inclusive, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed developments dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development will be carried out, may be made in writing to the undersigned on or before Friday 13th August 2010.
