Temporary Road Closure – R704 Ballynooney/Ballymartin – 28th August

Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the R704, from its junction with L7451 at Ballynooney East to its junction with L3417 at Three Friars Cross, Ballymartin, Mullinavat will be closed to traffic on Monday 28th August from 7:00am to 7:00pm to facilitate roadworks. 

Local diversions will be in place during these works and will be clearly signposted. 

Vehicles travelling between New Ross and Mullinavat will be required to use the R723 from New Ross to Glenmore, N25 to Grannagh and M9 to Mullinavat.

Please note, these works are weather dependent and subject to change at short notice.
