Temporary Road Closure L1023 Kells Thursday 21st August

Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that road ref: L1023 Kells will be closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with road ref: L1027 Kells to its junction with road ref: R713 Stoneyford on Thursday 21st August from 7.00a.m. to 7.00p.m. approximatelyto facilitate roadworks.

Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.

In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
