Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the LP4222 at Main Street, Piltown will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with the LP1039 at Tower road roundabout to its junction with the R698 at Piltown Garda Station, from Tuesday 25th to Friday 28th August, 2026, between 7:00am and 7:00pm approximately, to facilitate roadworks.

Diversions will be in operation during works and will be clearly signed. 

Local access will be facilitated, but delays should be expected.
