Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L5104 at Glenbower, Owning, will be closed to traffic from its junction with the L5105 to its junction with the L1038 on Thursday 10th April between 7:00a.m. and 7:00p.m. to facilitate roadworks.

Local diversions will be in place during the course of these works via the L1038 and L5105 Kilmanahin. 

Local access will be accommodated when possible and safe to do so, but delays should be expected.
