Temporary Road Closure - LS5005, Moate Road, Freshford, Thursday 27th & Friday 28th April

The road closure is to facilitate resurfacing works

Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the LS5005, Moate Road, Freshford will be closed on Thursday 27th & Friday 28th April.  

  • Traffic will be diverted via the R693 Argany & Clashacrow. 
  • The works on the Thursday 27th of April will start only after 9.15 am in order to facilitate the morning school traffic. 
  • The road will be closed at 8 am on the Friday 28th April but school traffic will be facilitated.
  • This closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing works.

Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
