Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the LS7499 at Smithstown, Mullinavat to Junction R704 will be closed to traffic on Wednesday 22nd May between 7am and 7pm in order to facilitate roadworks.  Local diversions will be in place during the course of these works via R704 Smithstown and LP3417 Ballymartin. 

Local access will be facilitated when possible and safe to do so, but delays should be expected.  Works are weather dependent and subject to change at short notice.
