Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the R697 at Castletown, Piltown will be closed to traffic on Thursday, 24th July 2025, between 7:00am and 7:00pm approximately, to facilitate roadworks. 

Diversions will be in operation during works and will be clearly signed.  Local access will be facilitated, but delays should be expected.

Please note, these works are weather dependent and subject to change at short notice.
