Cameras are being used by a company Contracted by Kilkenny County Council to Carry out a Survey at the following locations:

• In the Proximity of the Kilkenny Business & Technology Park and the Kilkenny Retail and Business Park
• The Loughmacask Area between New Circular Road and the Freshford Road roundabout at Talbots Gate

This is to inform the Road Design Section of turning movements and flow patterns on the existing network . Traffic Survey Cameras will be installed as shown on the maps  (Source: Google maps via the surveying company) below to capture information over a period of 1 day (November 27^th) for a duration of 12 hours from 07:00 to 19:00.
