TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close to traffic the following public road to facilitate retaining wall repairs being undertaken at Ballynacronny, Owning.

R698 at Ballynacronny, Owning

Southbound traffic will divert along the R697 at Scogh Cross to N24 at Carrick-on-Suir to the LP1038 at Inkbottle Junction to R698 at The Sweep.

Northbound traffic will divert onto the LP1038 at The Sweep, LP1035 at Mullenbeg, LP4214 at Mabbottstown, LP4213 at Westmoreland, R701 at Aghaviller, R697 at Kilmaganny to R698 at Scogh Cross

To:

5:00pm Friday, 28th July 2023

Alternative routes will be clearly signposted.

Any person objecting to the proposed temporary closure of this road may lodge their objection in writing to the undersigned not later than 5.00pm on Monday, 10th July, 2023.
