Areas affected will be Kyle, Rathpatrick, Waterland, Castletown, Whiteswall, Rathbane, Rathreagh, Garylawn, Moneynamuck and Galmoy village, Co. Kilkenny. Uisce Eireann and Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
