Paulstown Masterplan adopted 2024

Update November 2024

Kilkenny County Council adopted a Masterplan for Paulstown on the 16th September 2024 at the Castlecomer Municipal District Meeting. The purpose of the Masterplan is to guide the development of Paulstown into the future and to influence and deliver on real change for the town in order to make it a more attractive destination in which to live, work, visit and do business.

Archived Material 

The Draft Paulstown Masterplan and Draft Ballyragget Masterplan are now on public display, from the 5th April until the 3rd May 2024, on the Council's consultative portal, as follows:

As part of this, Public Information Events are being held as follows: 

Paulstown - Monday 22nd April 2024 5pm-8pm Paulstown Community Hall 

Ballyragget - Tuesday 23rd April 2024 5pm-8pm Ballyragget Community Hall

Stakeholder events 2023

As part of this work, we want to hear your views on what you think makes these areas a good place to live and what would make it better. The results of these questions will directly inform the first phase of our work to develop these new masterplans.  Details are below:
