How to use:

1. Locate: Open the Dead Sure App and find the street on the map.
2. Select: Click the specific streetlight pin (Blue/Orange means reportable; Red is already reported; Green is private).
3. Submit: Choose the fault type on drop down menu (e.g. lamp out), enter your email to track the repair, and click Log Fault.

Please include as much of the following information as possible to ensure a quick resolution:

• Specific Location: The town/village, street name, Eircode or nearest house number
• Pole/Lamppost Number (if available): The identification number printed on the pole
• Description of the Issue: (e.g., light completely out, flickering, damaged lantern, or exposed wires)
• Your Contact Details: Your email address and/or name and phone number for any necessary follow-up
