How to make an Environmental Complaint

To make a complaint or report pollution incidents regarding litter, illegal waste activities, water pollution, noise nuisance, air pollution, or other environmental matters, please fill out the form available below and submit it.

Serious out-of-hours incidents may be reported to 0818 399399. This number should only be used to contact us in urgent situations where, for example, you observe pollution of drinking water or a fish kill.

Please note complaints about aircraft noise are specifically exempted from the Noise Regulations and should be directed to the airport authority in question, the Irish Aviation Authority, or to the Department of Transport.
