Office Hours
Offices of Kilkenny Local Authorities are open for business between 9.00am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
If you require the service of the Local Authority for an emergency outside of normal business hours please note the following: Persons requiring the Fire Service for an emergency should Dial 112 and no other number. For any other emergency outside office hours, including incidents of water pollution, the public are advised to ring 0818 399399.
